INPUT:

– Calories consumed (food) has a certain amount of energy

– That energy comes into the body and must be used or stored

 

BODY:

– The body will store this energy in a few locations (blood sugar (BENCH), muscle / liver sugars (FRIDGE), and stored body fat (FREEZER))

– Once the muscle and liver (FRIDGE) storage capacity is reached – energy is stored as fat (FREEZER) and fat sells expand

 

OUTPUT:

– Calories burned as energy

– Everyone burns different amounts of energy depending on various factors

– Once a calorie deficit is achieved – the body will start taking energy out of storages – resulting in some fat loss
