We are finishing off the beta testing of the new Meal Planner and gathering feedback. These aspects of the software are currently at 95% complete (still finalising some details) and that is why the current side-bar on the meal builder software does not show the link to the Meal Planner.

If you are following the outlined nutrition plan then: No, you do not.
Hitting daily nutritional targets (calories/macros) is very important for making progress with body composition change!
It is only advised to track your food intake during periods when you are not being at least 90% consistent with your PLANNED meals. If you are consuming meals from the meal builder/planner, then you will be automatically hitting your target nutritional intake. Tracking meals that are not on the plan is advised and can help with stricter nutrition adherence. My Fitness Pal is a common choice for tracking dietary adherence. Some clients only track the meals they consume that are not on the plan, so then they can adjust their daily intake accordingly.. Also, we recommend using Cronometer if you do not enjoy My Fitness Pal
The Nutrition Coaching program is a minimum of 8 weeks. After this period you can cancel at any time. The prolonged period of payments covers the cost for nutritionists to perform the initial consultations, calculations, report creation, account creation, etc. Follow-up body scans and appointments are also included in the program. If the 8 week minimum has expired and you wish to end your account, please email us at admin@foundmyphysique.com.au
